As a member of the Precast-Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) since 1960, Wells Concrete was one of the charter members of PCI's Plant Certification Program in 1967. Wells Concrete is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and Associated Builders & Contractors. Program's inspection engineers consistently rank Wells Concrete as one of the top quality producers in the nation.
