Developing new products and systems is not new to Wells Concrete. We designed our unique "sandwich wall panel" insulation system—one of the first of its kind in the industry—using expanded or extruded polystyrene, one to six inches thick, permanently scaled between layers of solid, energy storing concrete. These systems can easily achieve R-values up to 34.
