St. Paul’s Colder Products mulls big HQ project in Roseville. As a medical technology manufacturing company experiencing significant growth in both revenue and personnel, Colder Products Company (CPC) is building a corporate headquarters facility in Roseville, MN.
While CPC is currently in separate buildings, the construction of a world class facility will not only provide a place to consolidate operations but will act as a showplace for customers. The 132,000-square-foot facility is slated to be open next summer, and CPC officials have said it will bring hundreds of good-paying jobs to the city.
Dan Mueller, director of development for Ryan, which is building the headquarters, noted that construction wouldn’t be happening without Roseville, which is contributing tax increment financing to the project.
Wells Concrete manufactured and installed more than 40,000 sq. ft of precast for this new facility. The exterior façade includes architectural insulated wall panels with a mix of three finish designs including acid etch, sandblast and waterwash.
