Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Brighton, CO, Maple Grove, MN

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer, the Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business communication, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The Marketing Manager builds a creative, integrated, marketing program that builds brand awareness, generates customer and new business opportunities, and measures the return on marketing investments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The marketing manager is focused on executing programs designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree required.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the precast, architectural, or heavy construction industry

WORKING CONDITIONS/PAY SCALE

  • Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements.
  • Moderate to high risk of safety precautions.
  • General Office Environment with a moderate to high exposure to production environment.
