Keep area clean all the time.

Employees are demonstrating good housekeeping by keeping their work site clean. Waterproofing material being installed is extremely messy, so keeping a clean work area is important. Tarps are laid down to prevent spills, and unnecessary tools have been removed to prevent slips trips and falls.

FS22 crew were not using stairs this morning once rails were raised into place.

The Hyster forklifts rear flood light for backing up was burnt out. making it hard to see.

Walking through the carpenter shop I noticed John Hubbard and Kaleb Hyronimus talking with masks down and they were within the 6 foot radius.

This morning I came across Laura Gilbertson hitting a vice with a hammer. She is working on the FS24.

Employee was not wearing a face shield while grinding a scraper although safety glasses were being worn.

As we inspected the Yard The areas that we want to point out are, the center yard, south yard and east yard look very clean and picked up.

It was fairly icy outside the west batch plant this morning.
