After you subtract the rigging ( 3,000 lbs) the piece weighed 66,700lbs which is 5145 lbs more then the tag says. we were boomed up as much as we could without hitting the crane with the piece. Brian Schultze | Wells | building 3 | 01/12/2021 | 9 | Fall Hazard | On the FS19 are pouring floor flats. The carpenter must not be cutting the plywood for the openings to cover the holes. Or the crew aren't putting the plywood on the panel after it is stripped out. The patch crew most of the time put the plywood over the opening and screw it down after the opening is finished. If we do not catch it in building 3 or out in the yard. The panel can go to the job site and someone can fall throw the opening or tools fall through it. | Needs Attention | View / Edit Details | ||
