The new heart of downtown Silverthorne, 4th Street Crossing is a $100M mixed-use development that features a 29,000 sq. ft. Market Hall, the 115-key Hotel Indigo, for sale condos and townhomes, and 6,600 sq. ft. of retail along 4th Street. Planning and architectural partners on the development include DTJ Design, O’Bryan Partnership, Inc. and NEOstudio; Tetra Tech is providing civil engineering services.
Wells Concrete is working on the new 203-stall parking structure that is adjacent to the new transit center, and both will be ready for public use mid-2020. Wells produced and is currently erecting 75,000 sq. ft. of precast for this portion of the project. The precast parking structure is supported with double tees, columns, beams and lite walls, the exterior walls are finished with a structural gray finish and architectural thin brick spandrels, with wall- and column-cover features.

Precast concrete is the leading choice for designers when it comes to parking structures, ramps, and parkades – for speed, economy and low life cycle cost. Precast parking has distinct advantages for the owner/developer, project team and end users because we are able to create a building solution that combines both architectural and structural precast concrete providing exceptional aesthetics and performance. A few examples of this are shown below.
