Mark joined Wells Concrete in November, 2015. He develops, implements, and maintains Wells’ Human Resource programs.
Prior to joining the company, Mark worked in HR leadership and regulatory compliance roles in large industrial, construction, and construction materials companies. His background in this vein includes proactive approaches to employee wellness and risk mitigation.
Mark has a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the Minnesota Bar.
