Description:
Rosedale Center, located in Roseville, Minnesota, is a regional powerhouse shopping destination with three anchor tenants, and soon to be a fourth. The center was originally built in 1969, and recently embarked on a 1.1 million square foot interior remodel, including a two story parking deck to add additional spaces to what is currently available. Wells Concrete just completed erecting phase two of the parking structure portion of this project.
Between phase one and two, Wells Concrete produced and erected more than 200,000 square feet of precast concrete. Beautiful flat architectural spandrels enclose the exterior of the parking structures boasting Endicott Coppertone Velour Modular thin brick surrounded by an acid etch edge.
