This strategic acquisition expands Gate Precast’s installation and field service capabilities across the Southeastern United States and supports the company’s long-term growth strategy focused on enhancing client service and project delivery.
The acquisition allows Gate Precast to deliver a more comprehensive suite of solutions for its clients, combining Precision Stone’s decades of hands-on expertise and service excellence with Gate Precast’s established reputation for high-quality architectural building solutions.
The Gate team has partnered with Precision Stone for over 30 years, collaborating on landmark projects such as Truist Park (Atlanta Braves), Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta Falcons), State Farm Arena (Atlanta Hawks), the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Nashville. Mark Ledkins, Senior Vice President of Operations and a 40-year veteran of Gate Precast, has played a key role in cultivating and sustaining this long-standing relationship.
