Wells is proud to celebrate two team members who have been recognized with national honors from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) in 2025.
Jane Martin, Wells’ Director of Marketing, has been awarded the Marketing Individual Achievement Award, recognizing her outstanding leadership, creativity, and impact in advancing the precast concrete industry through strategic marketing initiatives. Martin’s work has elevated the visibility of Wells and strengthened the way the industry connects with clients, communities, and future partners.
In addition, Venkatesh Seshappa, Engineering Manager, has received the Norman L. Scott Professional Engineer Award. This award honors engineers who demonstrate technical excellence, innovation, and commitment to the precast industry. Seshappa’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in delivering complex engineering solutions that help transform bold ideas into lasting structures.
