Preserving Value. Extending Building Life.

No two buildings are the same, and neither are their maintenance needs. That’s why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our team designs tailored preventative maintenance plans that protect your investment, extend the life of your facility, and keep operations running smoothly.

When you partner with Wells, we conduct proactive walk-throughs — semi-annually or annually — to thoroughly assess your building’s joints, coatings, facades, waterproofing, and restoration needs. After each inspection, you receive a detailed, photo-documented report with recommended next steps and a multi-year maintenance forecast.
