His combination of hands-on experience and achievement of the highest level of Quality Certification through PCI as a Level III Quality Control Tech/Inspector have made him a trusted expert for colleagues and partners. His primary focus is ensuring Wells delivers on promises and meets client expectations, ultimately creating structures that inspire pride.

He uses his background in estimating to help clients effectively navigate cost scenarios. Brandon places an emphasis on communication to ensure a positive client experience, making him an invaluable asset to the Wells team.

As a business development manager for the Great Lakes region, Brett collaborates with design partners during the preconstruction stage to understand clients' needs and challenges. Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Vice President of Sales, overseeing nine of Wells' 14 prefabrication facilities. His leadership is grounded in strategic growth and strong client relationships. Before his current position, Brian served as Wells’ Southeast Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for nine years.

Chris began his career in prefabrication in 2001. He has extensive experience in project management, having served as a Project Manager for eight years overseeing the execution of complex precast projects. Earlier in his career, Chris spent eight years as a precast estimator, developing a deep understanding of architectural and structural precast solutions. He now leads Wells’ Architectural & Structural Systems team.

Dan started his career in precast in 1990. With most of his time spent in Preconstruction Services and Sales, he’s helped establish multiple plants domestically. He is LEED® AP, a past president of PCI Mountain States Region, former member of the board for PCI National, and holds Quality Control Personnel Certifications levels I, II, and III from PCI.

As Vice President of Facades, Dan applies his comprehensive background in preconstruction, estimating, sales, product development and project management to work collaboratively with industry partners implementing new facade designs — effectively changing building envelope design and construction. He applies an understanding of construction materials and methods to help design partners transition concepts to complete building solutions. Dan graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and minor in business administration and has an AAS degree in Architectural Drafting from South Central College. He is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history in the construction industry and received his product management certification from Northwestern University in 2021.

Dan is Regional Facades Manager at Wells, where he drives awareness of the company’s facade solutions in Illinois and Wisconsin. He brings nearly a decade of experience in architectural facades and building envelope performance, having worked with UL Solutions and enclosure consulting firms on curtainwall testing and water infiltration projects. Daugherty holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Marquette University and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. He is passionate about delivering high-performance, innovative facade solutions while building strong client relationships.

She brings more than 16 years of experience in UHPC, façade design, and architectural systems. Kelly holds a Master of Architecture and MBA from Georgia Tech, a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Florida, and is a LEED-accredited professional. She is passionate about design collaboration, sustainable innovation, and bridging architectural vision with constructible solutions.

Today, Travis is an integral leader within the Sales team, helping clients across the Carolinas and beyond shape solutions that align with their vision and project goals.
