Building Advanced Digital Infrastructure

Set within one of the nation’s most connected regions, this campus brings together 36 MW of critical IT load and 126,000 sq ft of high-performance IT space to support the next generation of AI and cloud computing. As the design and construction team advanced the vision for a secure and efficient facility, our team partnered to deliver a cohesive exterior expression while meeting a demanding schedule and performance goals.

The main data hall features a prefabricated architectural building envelope with sandblast buff tint and a ribbed pattern to create a refined texture across the structure. Bump-out stair-shafts are finished in metallic black, paired with ribbed elements in a contrasting metallic white. Along the front office zone, every panel was treated with a field-applied stain to reflect the look of metal panel to match adjacent campus developments, without the cost, complexity, or maintenance concerns of true metal cladding.

With insulated performance, durable materials, and efficient installation, Wells offered a long-term solution that met the aesthetic vision and operational priorities. With panels measuring over 50 ft tall, it demonstrated the scale required for this advanced digital infrastructure. This build reflects how strong regional partnerships can shape bold ideas into high-performance spaces that support the evolution of the environment.
