Our 55,000 sq ft Rosemount facility is a precast structural manufacturing PCI-certified facility and sits on over 30 acres of land. This facility produces prefabricated structural components and employs over 40 team members.
This facility manufactures structural prefabricated building solutions — along with providing joint sealants, waterproofing and concrete restoration services.
The Rosemount manufacturing facility's service area includes the entire state of Minnesota, and surrounding states of Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. Wells also has additional Minnesota-based manufacturing and office locations in Wells, Albany, and Maple Grove.
