White House Custom Colour, a printing service provider supported regional growth with the expansion of its campus by over ten acres and two new buildings. They had moved to the Waters Business Center in Eagan, MN from South St. Paul in 2007 and then built an 85,000 sq ft warehouse and production space in 2018. The overall campus has grown to about 235,000 sq ft of office, warehouse and production space to support 400 workers during peak season.

Wells partnered on this total precast project to include nearly 70,000 sq ft of precast concrete members including hollowcore and architectural wall panels. The wall panels demonstrated a unique acid etch and sandblast finish, approved by city officials as a Type A exterior finish.
