Director of Quality - Midwest

Chas is a behind-the-scenes hero, working tirelessly to maintain Wells' standards and reputation. He has spent over a decade in the precast industry, currently working as Director of Quality for our Midwest region, placing paramount importance on paying attention to detail to deliver on our promises. He thrives on digging into and resolving issues efficiently, to elevate the Wells client experience. He kick-started his journey with Wells, initially completing multiple summer stints at our Albany facility and trying his hand in various roles while pursuing his degree in Civil Engineering from MNSU-Mankato. His expertise is underpinned by his PCI Level III certification, reflecting his commitment to quality and excellence in the field.

Field Operations Manager

Eric is a field operations manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He excels in leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, Eric specializes in field operations, product installation, and asset management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Director of Operations - Mountain States

As Director of Operations for the Mountain States region, Greg supports Wells’ production goals and greater businesses objectives; plans, schedules and directs ongoing production work, establishes plant performance standards, analyzes workflows, and troubleshoots problems to continually optimize the company’s products and internal manufacturing processes.

President - Midwest

Greg has been with Wells since 2011 and was named the President of Wells Midwest in 2021. In this role, he leads the organization in strategic initiatives, revenue growth, operational and financial performance, safety and quality. In his current role, he applies a deep understanding of prefabrication operational processes from his prior position as Vice President of Operations. He is an active advisory board member for the St. Cloud Rox Community Foundation and holds a master’s degree in executive leadership from St. Cloud State University.

Vice President of Operations - Great Lakes

Jeremy began his career with Wells as a drafter in 1999 and continued moving up the ranks of operations management as a schedule manager, wet cast operations manager, and plant manager for Valders, WI. As Vice President of Operations for the Great Lakes region, Jeremy oversees the Valders, WI, and Crystal Lake, IL, manufacturing facilities. He collaborates with leadership to standardize processes, implement best practices, and ensure the manufacturing team has the necessary resources to be successful every day.

Vice President of Operations - Midwest

With almost 20 years of experience in precast operations, Matt oversees operations of all of Wells’ Midwest region manufacturing facilities. In this role, he works with all departments to maintain schedules and maximize workloads and efficiency. He also oversees purchasing and logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations for all regions. He is a Board Member of the PCI Midwest chapter and on the Board of Directors for PCI National. Matt’s leadership is integral to optimizing operational workflows across the organization and achieving strategic goals.

President - Great Lakes

Scott is President - Great Lakes for Wells. He leads strategic initiatives, revenue growth, operational and financial performance, safety and quality. He has over 25 years’ experience and is SPHR and Behavioral Analyst certified. He is on boards for Governors Council on Workforce Investment, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and PCI-IW Chapter.

President - Mountain States

Steve has been with Wells for almost 30 years and was named President – Mountain States in 2023. Steve provides leadership for all areas including preconstruction, engineering, operations and field and installation services, leveraging and developing regional leadership with responsibility for growth and performance of the Mountain States region.
