Andrew's career with Wells has spanned various roles, from his early days on the production floor while pursuing his economics degree at Minnesota State University – Mankato, to his current position as sales representative. His combination of hands-on experience and achievement of the highest level of Quality Certification through PCI as a Level III Quality Control Tech/Inspector have made him a trusted expert for colleagues and partners. Brian has been with Wells for 13 years and has held various positions within the company. In total, he has spent more than 30+ years in the precast/prestressed industry and has managed precast projects from $1 to $30 million in value. Chas is a behind-the-scenes hero, working tirelessly to maintain Wells' standards and reputation. He thrives on digging into and resolving issues efficiently, to elevate the Wells client experience. Safety Manager

Corey has been at Wells for over 10 years and is a safety manager at the Wells, MN location. Known for his hands-on approach, he prioritizes consistent presence on the manufacturing floor, fostering trust and relationships with all team members. Corey excels in communication across all organizational levels and is a certified CPR/First Aid trainer, as well as an OSHA 10 and 30 authorized trainer. Sealants Project Manager

With over a decade of industry experience, David's journey at Wells began as a laborer while pursuing an associate degree in Architectural Construction and Technology. Rising to Foreman during his studies, he mastered site management, structural drawings and heavy equipment operation. Now David works as a Sealants project manager, excelling in attention to detail and client satisfaction. David currently manages a 22-member field crew, thriving in the Midwest's fast-paced environment, and most notably worked on North Loop Green in Minneapolis.

Ed's background includes over 22 years of working in commercial architecture. He brings a comprehensive understanding of exterior components and the latest industry advancements. In his role, Ed reports to Doug McCarthy, the Vice President of Product Development, helping enhance our existing products, and navigate new building solutions for the organization. Ed is a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) through International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).

Engineering Manager - Great Lakes

With nearly 20 years of experience in structural engineering, Evan began his career specializing in precast structural designs. He has been with Wells since 2012, where he rose to his current role of engineering manager. His strengths lie in developing engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration within Wells, aligning engineering practices with the company's workflow. For each of his projects he aims to enhance overall project efficiency by providing cost-effective engineering solutions. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as holds a LEED AP accreditation.

Greg was named the President and Chief Operating Officer - Midwest in 2021. Drafting Manager

Jamie has been with Wells for over 15 years and has over 30 years of working in the construction industry. Jamie has an associate degree in drafting from South Central College Mankato.

Outsource Manager

Jay Sohre has been in the construction industry since 2018 and joined Wells in 2020. His engineering journey started with internships in quality control and field services before transitioning into a design engineer role. Holding degrees in physics from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, Jay emphasizes the human aspect in his work, fostering inclusive collaboration. J.C. joined Wells in 2020, and is responsible for estimating new sealants, waterproofing, and other division 7 work for Wells’ Sealants division. J.C. holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.

Jesse has over 25 years of experience with Wells and currently manages 15 erection crews and three patching crews across the Midwest. John joined Wells in 2016 and brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on restoration. As the Director of Wells Sealants division, John manages sealants and restoration sales and estimating across all geographic regions. Mike has been with Wells for over 20 years and was named Vice President of Sales – Midwest in 2023. Mike began his career with Wells in 2000.

Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota. In his role as Facades Engineer, he takes a client-centric approach, supporting the needs of internal and external customers, adapting to evolving industry standards, and identifying areas for improvement and cost savings. He prides himself on applying integrity, safety, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail in every project.

Safety Manager

With over 20 years in the construction industry, and over 12 years at Wells, Mike has dedicated the past decade of his career to safety. In his role as safety manager, Mike is a problem-solver and ensures that unsafe work practices are avoided in potentially hazardous work environments. He is a member of Greater Lakes Area Safety and Health (GLASH), previously serving on its board, and is a member of the MN Safety and National Safety Councils. He holds OSHA 10, 30, 501 and 511 certifications, and is a Certified CPR/FA trainer. His primary focus is ensuring every employee returns home safely each day.

Natanael Ramos, PE is a seasoned engineer with almost 10 years working in the structural engineering industry and holds a bachelor's and master's degree in civil engineering. Nate is the Vice President of Construction Services and Design & Engineering - Great Lakes, and responsible for managing the project cycle. As an engineer, Nathan ensures the structural integrity of prefabricated designs at every stage. A civil engineering graduate from University of Minnesota Duluth, Nathan brings a diverse understanding of Wells from his participation in Wells Engineering Development Program. He brings a transparent approach to interpreting plans, and working collaboratively with partners on a solution, to build an understanding of why we do things the way we do. His certifications include PCI QC Technician, ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician, OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health, and he is currently an Engineer in Training (EIT) with the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID.

Phil has dedicated his entire engineering career to working in the precast industry, since joining Wells after graduating from the University of Wyoming in 2007 with an architectural engineering degree. He is a licensed Professional Engineer who is passionate about synthesizing and instilling knowledge in others. In his role as Wells corporate engineering trainer, he establishes engineering standards and best practices, acting as a resource across the organization. In his role, he proactively provides support to new and emerging engineering leaders within the organization, guiding them through understanding the rigorous standards, and ultimately building their confidence in prefabrication.

Randy carries over a decade of experience within the construction process, spanning from sales to logistics and production. He began at Wells in 2016, wearing many hats throughout the company, which helped him foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication for his current position as project manager. Randy is ACI-certified and PCI-certified in levels 1 and 2. He obtained an associate degree in marketing and sales management from Ridgewater College, followed by a Bachelor's in recreation and sport management from St. Cloud State. Randy's time as President of the local Jaycees honed his leadership and delegation skills, complementing his dedication to community service.

Sam has been with Wells since 2008 and has served as Chairman on the Board of Directors since 2017. Sam has worked in sales, estimating, and project management, bringing a wide skillset to his current position. He served in the Navy on Active Duty from 1999-2008 and as a Selected Reservists from 2009-2013. Sam retired as a Lieutenant Commander in 2020.

Seth began at Wells as a QC and then R&D intern during college and eventually transitioned to a full-time project engineer once he received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering. As the Director of IT for Wells, Ted oversees the strategic alignment of technology with business goals, fosters innovation and provides IT team leadership essential for driving organizational success. He began his career working for a vendor assisting Wells with its growing technology needs while earning his Bachelor of Science degree at MNSU-Mankato. In 2000, he accepted a position as the company’s very first IT employee.
