A new building at Irvine Park is taking shape. Dick Hebert, the director of Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department said they reached a construction milestone for the new Irvine Park Welcome Center. Production of the stadia begun on May 20th, 2014; the last pour was made on October 2, 2015. The total number of stadia produced in Plant 1 was 3,187 pieces. The new Minnesota Veterans Home is scheduled to open later this year and we are very proud to have played a part in providing an honorable healthcare environment for our nation’s heroes. The new building demonstrates that architectural precast insulated wall panels provides a cost effective wall system, while sustaining the integrity of quality architecture.
We continue to make progress on our Vikings Stadium precast project, we set 2,600 pieces to date; 400 pieces still to be placed in the upper bowl and completed by the end of July. After the upper bowl is finished, we will move to the lower bowl and finish the remaining 2,200 pieces by Christmas.
