Wells is one of the nation’s largest building solutions providers, specializing in prefabricated building and construction solutions.
Our Wells location is the original manufacturing city and namesake of our company, producing precast building solutions for over 70 years. This location is about 193,000 sq ft, sits on over 35 acres of land, and is home to over 240 team members.
This facility is PCI AA certified and produces prefabricated building components, including structural and the highest quality architectural components — along with providing joint sealants, waterproofing and concrete restoration services.
The Wells, MN manufacturing facility's service area includes Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. Wells also has additional Minnesota-based manufacturing and office locations in Rosemount, Albany, and Maple Grove.
