Wells is hiring caulkers. The caulker is responsible for the installation of sealants/caulking systems on precast buildings and ramps. This position will travel throughout Minnesota to construction sites caulking buildings. Wells offers great compensation and Per Diem is paid while traveling.

The Director of Field Operations is responsible for the overall field installation of building sealants, waterproofing, firestopping and restoration. This person is responsible for manpower, equipment, scheduling manpower and overall progress of the project and reports directly to the VP of the Division.

Maintenance
