Amenities include two levels of sub-terrain valet parking, the renowned 8K restaurant and bar/lounge, a full-service spa, conference and meeting spaces, catering/banquet facilities, a fitness center, a retail area, onsite ski valet and a shop and tuning center.
The seven-level structure is comprised of Wells prefabricated structural building solutions, using a shallow precast system, with columns, beam slabs and rib slabs. The elevator and stair cores are comprised of 9-foot to 12-foot planar core walls. Precast “I” girders in the ballroom span 90 feet in length, creating an 8,000 sq ft ample meeting space with no columns for large events and gatherings.
